Mosaic Art 5 - Tips to Get Started

  • Reboot your computer before inserting the CD.
     
  • Be patient. It takes a while for the flipping book software to start the first time on your computer.
     
  • If the flipping book software does not work on your computer, follow the directions to start the Browser Version (see below). You do not need to be connected to the Internet to use the Browser Version and it contains everything that is in the flipping book version except for the fancy animation.

The Mosaic Art CD contains two versions:

Flipping Book Version

Realistic 3D page-flipping gives you a natural and intuitive viewing experience as you move from one mosaic to the next.

  • PC - Pentium 11 300 Mhz or better - Windows XP/ME/2000/98
  • Macintosh Personal Computer - Power PC G3 450 MHz and above - Mac OS 10.1 or higher

Browser Version

A simple to use version displayed on your computer's web browser. For users whose system cannot run the Flipping Book Version.

To start the browser version:

PC Users: Select Run from the start menu. Type in the letter of your CD-ROM drive followed by ":\browserversion\000-start.htm". For example:
d:\browserversion\000-start.htm

Mac Users: Double click on the CD icon. Double click on the BrowserVersion folder. Double click on 000-start.htm
